360º Rotation
Once placed on the Vario 5Z Isofix Base (sold separately), the Dualfix 5Z i-Size rotates 360º for rearward-facing travel from 61 cm up to 105 cm (recommended) or, if you wish, you can turn it forward-facing from 76 cm and 15 months of age. We recommend using the Dualfix 5Z rearward-facing for the entire use of the seat, as this orientation can best protect the cervical vertebrae and head in the event of a frontal collision, the most frequent type of accident on roads. In addition, the Dualfix 5Z rotates 90º to both sides to place and adjust the harness to the child from the open car door and can rotate in any recline position it is in.Maximum comfort for the child
Reclines in six positions, both rearward and forward-facing. The rebound bar can be adjusted by 8º to better adapt to the car seat and offer up to 10% more legroom.

The Advansafix PRO car seat is adaptable, suitable for children from 15 months old and 76 cm tall up to 150 cm (approx. 12 years), approved by the R129 (i-Size) safety standard. It always travels forward-facing, and the transition from the five-point harness (76-105 cm or 22 kg) to the three-point seat belt with SecureGuard (100-150 cm) is quick and easy with the FLIP&GROW system.
76-105 cm or 22 kg: 5-point harness
From 76 cm and 15 months up to 105 cm in height or 22 kg in weight (whichever comes first), the child is secured to the car seat with a five-point harness, which distributes impact forces at five points: two on the shoulders, two on the hips, and one on the buckle located between the legs. The harness pads reduce the child's movements in case of a collision, in addition to providing greater comfort to the harness. In this phase, the seat is installed using Isofix and top-tether.
100-150 cm: seat belt with SecureGuard
From 100 cm in height (and no later than 105 cm or 22 kg), the child is secured directly with the car's three-point seat belt, in combination with SecureGuard. This piece adds a fourth anchor point to the belt to keep the lap section in the correct position over the pelvic area, preventing it from dangerously riding up to the stomach. It helps reduce forces on the abdomen by up to 35% in case of a frontal impact. In this phase, the seat is installed using Isofix.
When it's time to switch from the harness to the seat belt, the transition will be much easier thanks to the FLIP&GROW function. Simply press a button to unlock the headrest and adjust it to the required height, then store the harness (without removing the chest pads) in the back of the backrest, behind the cover, so it doesn't get lost. Next, move the FLIP&GROW adjustment plate, rotate it to position the SecureGuard over the car seat, and the transition is complete.
